Revogação e verificaçãoRevocation and verification

O software consulta periodicamente um status assinado. A licença pode ser revogada por violação, inadimplência ou fim do prazo, cessando o uso e as atualizações.

The software periodically checks a signed status. The license may be revoked for breach, non-payment or end of term, ending use and updates.

Garantia e responsabilidadeWarranty and liability

O software é fornecido no estado em que se encontra. A responsabilidade limita-se ao valor pago nos 12 meses anteriores ao evento.

The software is provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event.

RescisãoTermination

O descumprimento das proibições ou da verificação permite rescisão imediata e revogação da licença.

Breach of the prohibitions or of verification allows immediate termination and revocation of the license.
